Vibrationssiebmaschine, Eindecker offene Baureihe

Vibration screening machines ‐ open series

For coarse grain sizes, the open designs (KS1, KS2) as well as the circular vibrating screens Victoria KS1 and KS2 are available.

With one screening level, the feed grain is separated into 2 fractions (oversize/undersize). These screening machines usually have screen linings with mesh sizes from 4 mm to 80 mm. In the feed area of the screening machines, there is initially a blind bottom area so that the screenings do not impact the screen lining directly.

Replaceable wear plates can be used as wear protection in this feed area. The impact area also ensures a more even distribution of the material to make optimum use of the downstream screening area.

Vibratory screening machines ‐ open series are divided into 4 designs

  • Single deck open
Screening machines with 1 screening level separate the feed grain into 2 fractions (oversize/undersize)
  • Double deck open
Screening machines with 2 screening levels separate the feed grain into 3 fractions (oversize grain/medium grain/ undersize grain).
  • Circular vibrating single deck/double deck
Circular vibrating screens must be installed at an inclination of 12°‐15°, since linear vibrations are not available here. With one screening level, the feed grain is separated into 2 fractions (oversize/undersize), with 2 screening levels into 3 fractions.

Various screen linings are available for different tasks:

  • steel mesh,
  • stainless steel mesh,
  • welded mesh,
  • plastic linings,
  • weld gap screens
  • or perforated plates

In the case of meshes, pressure welded meshes and perforated plates, the screen linings must be raised so that these screen linings can be tensioned over tensioning rails. This prevents “flutter breaks“. Both bottom‐mounted and top‐mounted vibratory drives are available for all screening machines. For the drive units, we use 4‐pole and 6‐pole vibration motors as well as Richter exciters and shaft drives, depending on the requirements.

All machines can also be manufactured in different materials (stainless steel in material 1.4301 and 1.4571).
