Finger screens are screening machines that have round bars as the bar grate section. These bar grate sections are designed like the fingers of a hand, with the gap of the vibrating screens opening conically towards the front to prevent limit grain jamming.

Fluidized‐bed dryer

Fluidized‐bed dryers are vibratory conveyors with an unbalance drive that have a fine screen mesh or a fine slotted grate. Hot air is blown through this slotted grating or the screen fabric so that the material flowing over it is dried.

Needle gate valve

Needle gates are shut‐off gates that can be integrated into the feed shoes so that a silo can be shut off by the needles of the needle gate.

Kiln feeder

Kiln feeders are vibratory conveyors with unbalance drives or vibratory conveyors with magnetic drives that feed kilns with material to be annealed or burnt.

Separating screens

Separating screens are all types of vibrating screens that separate coarse from fine material.

Control sieves

Control sieves are vibrating sieve machines in which the material fed in is only to be checked for oversize or undersize. With these screening machines, almost 100% of the feed material usually passes through the screen lining. Isolated oversize particles should be screened out in a controlled manner.

Cooling troughs

Cooling troughs are vibratory conveyors with magnetic drive or vibratory conveyors with unbalanced drives on which the material to be conveyed is cooled by double bottoms or cooling currents (cold air).

Double‐deck screens

Double‐deck screens are vibratory screening machines with unbalance drive, double deckers. These machines have two decks, so they are called double deck screens.

Vibrating tables

Vibrating tables are tables that are vibrated. These vibrating tables have a vertical direction of vibration so that the material can be distributed or compacted on the table.

Vibrating grates

Vibrating grates are shake‐out grates that separate oversize from undersize by vibration (shaking).

Vibrating motors

Vibrating motors are vibratory motors that are also called vibrators. These vibrating motors vibrate e.g. at silo outlets, in order to avoid bridging there.
