Rubber buffers

Gummipuffer

The rubber buffers we supply are used to isolate the vibrations of vibratory conveyors and screening machines from the displacement structures and the steel construction.

These rubber buffers have a special rubber compound that is specially manufactured for us to absorb the vibrations of our machines.

For this purpose, 11 different sizes are available depending on the application.

Screen linings

Screen linings are available as spare parts in various designs.

These include:

  • steel mesh as longitudinal or transverse tensioner
  • stainless steel mesh
  • press welded mesh
  • plastic linings
  • welded slotted screens; as well as perforated plates in a wide variety of designs.

As steel mesh, we use a wide variety of shapes and constructions that are individually adapted to the respective applications (harp mesh, mesh panels with square meshes, mesh panels with long meshes, mesh panels with split meshes, harp mesh, triaplast harp mesh, serpenti harp mesh, fissura harp mesh, WS harp mesh, G harp mesh). For press welded meshes, we use flat screen panels in a wide range of gap widths (0.16 mm ‐ 28.0 mm).

For plastic linings, we use the most common German brands.

Linings

Linings serve as wear protection for vibratory conveyors and screening machines.

Here we have wear plates made of Hardox, stainless steel and special steels in various designs. Sheets with build‐up welding, rubber linings and plastic linings round out the range.

Steel‐reinforced plastic linings that can be screwed on and replaced are also available on request. As a rule, all linings are replaceable.

Frequency control units

Frequenzregelgerät

Frequency control units are used for infinitely variable power regulation of vibratory conveyors with unbalance drives between 30 Hz and 50 Hz.

The control range of the vibratory conveyors can thus be adjusted from 30% to 100%.

Here we work closely with the leading manufacturers of frequency control devices.

Thyristor controllers

Thyristorregelgeräte

Thyristor controllers are used for infinitely variable output regulation of vibratory feeders with magnetic drives between 0 and maximum output.

The dosing capacity can also be regulated in coarse/fine flow operation. In addition, this output can be controlled by an external signal of 0 ‐ 20 mA or 4 ‐ 20 mA and 0 ‐ 10 V.
