Screening machines and heavy vibratory conveyors

For the transport of armourstone with grain sizes of up to 1,500 mm edge length, we build special machines with a capacity of 600 ‐ 2,000 t/h. An extremely heavy and stable construction with exchangeable wear plates made of Hardox with a material thickness of 60 mm is required. Due to the high dead weight of the machine of approx. 14,000 kg, the drive with vibration motors is not possible.

Therefore, our Richter exciters with a dead weight of approx. 1,800 kg are used.

For the screening of large grain sizes, we use vibrating bars that can separate or classify grain sizes from 1,000 to 1,500 mm.
